Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Modish. This policy explains how we ship your order, what it costs, and what to expect after you buy.
Order Processing
We ship Tuesday through Friday and do our best to process and ship orders within 24 hours. Orders placed Friday evening through Monday will process and ship on Tuesday and Wednesday.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Costs
United States: Ground shipping is a flat rate of $7.95. Orders over $150 ship free.
International: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight.
We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.
Carriers and Delivery Times
We ship with USPS and UPS. Ground shipping usually takes 3 to 7 business days once your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other events outside our control.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is free at our Decorah store. Choose local pickup at checkout, and we’ll send you an email or text when your order is ready.
PO Boxes and Military Addresses
We ship to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
Holiday Shipping
December 15 is the last guaranteed shipping day for the December 2026 holiday season. Orders placed after that will likely be delivered after the holidays.
International Orders
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and carrier fees. If these charges are collected at checkout, they will be shown before you place your order. If not, they may be due at delivery and are the customer’s responsibility. Customs processing may also delay delivery.
Address Accuracy
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will refund your order minus shipping costs.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package hasn’t arrived, let us know as soon as possible so we can put a trace on it and get your order to you.
If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 5 days of delivery and include photos of the damage.
Order Changes and Cancellations
You can change or cancel your order until it has been processed. Once your order is processed, we are unable to make changes.
